Judson Meadows offers more than just traditional assisted living. With an Enhanced Assisted Living license and an extraordinary commitment to our residents, we are equipped to help residents age in place longer than traditional assisted living communities.
The community also provides hospice care to community members when needed as well as the additional support offered by our Level Three assisted living.
We understand the value of remaining in a beloved, familiar environment, even as your needs evolve. Tier Three care includes all the services included in Tiers One and Two as well as additional support, such as:
- Cues for Meals & Activities as Needed
- Daily Light Housekeeping Services as Required
- Personal Laundry Services up to Four (4) Times Per Week
- Bathing Assistance up to Five (5) Times Per Week
- Personal care, Housekeeping & Food Service Assistance – 10 to 14 Hours Per Week (Hourly Breakdown Depends on the Aggregate of Service Needs)
- Medication Management & Administration
- Enhanced ALR Services – Intermittent Nursing Services Consistent with the Nurse Practice Act (Please See Admit & Discharge Criteria)
- Consistent Assistance Required with Transfers, (Mobility with One (1) to Two (2) Person Assist with Transfer Belt Only, *No Mechanical Lift Devices*)
- Toileting Assistance & Continence Management
- Oxygen Assist/Management
